2. Information Submitted by Real Estate Professionals and Other Third Parties

Real estate agents, transaction coordinators, lenders, title companies, property managers, and other authorized persons may provide customer information to Utility Helpers for the purpose of requesting our move-in concierge and home-service assistance.

A third party's submission of a customer's telephone number does not, by itself, enroll the customer in promotional SMS messaging.

Where consent to receive marketing text messages is required, Utility Helpers obtains that consent separately from the individual who will receive those messages.

Depending on availability at a customer's address, Utility Helpers may assist with services including:

Moving services;
Portable storage;
Home warranties; and
Other products or services associated with moving into or maintaining a home.

When you request or authorize Utility Helpers to assist you with a particular service, we may provide information reasonably necessary to the applicable provider to research availability, obtain pricing, place an order, schedule service, or otherwise fulfill your request.

Information provided for service fulfillment is separate from SMS marketing consent.

Utility Helpers does not provide third-party service providers with your SMS opt-in consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
